Whether you are a publisher or a brand, mastering these filters is key to finding relevant sponsorship insights in no time.
You will see this side bar across all three reports: Content, Brands and Thought Leaders.
Just like with any search engine, the broader your search, the more results you will generate. If you want to get precise and look for something specific, adding in different search fields can help to filter out your results and find insights that are more useful and relevant.
Here’s a quick example to get you started:
Step 1: Open the Content report
Step 2: Tick Likely Sponsored
Step 3: Click on Brands then click on Include, to change it to Exclude, now type in “Pela” and select the brand(note: you won’t see this brand in the results)
Step 4: Click on Keywords and type in “unbox”. Click enter then type in “device” (make sure it says AND in between the words, you can click on the OR to change it to AND)
Step 5: Select the Formats as YouTube
Step 6: Click on Published Date and set it to January 1st 2020 for relevancy (only for enterprise users)
Step 7: Select the Content Categories as Lifestyle
In the example above, we can see all the sponsored content in YouTube around the keywords “unbox” AND “device” while excluding the brand Pela from the results. This will help you find relevant creators you haven't worked with yet when replicated for your own search.
