The process starts with the agency campaigns we run internally, for the clients whose sponsorships we manage directly. We are continually outreaching to up and coming creators to find new sponsorship partners for our ongoing client campaigns. Before booking any new channels, we use advanced data metrics to analyze which creators will perform best for each campaign. This allows us to focus on creators who consistently deliver high engagement and have a strong track record with previous brand sponsorships.
Running a sponsorship with each new channel gives us an opportunity to understand what they are like to work with: whether they demonstrate responsiveness and communication, a strong understanding of the brand brief, and respect for the terms of the contract. Any creators that don’t demonstrate high professionalism and reliability will be excluded from the process at this stage.
However friendly and accommodating a creator might be to work with, the real test is how well their ads perform for brand partners. We are looking for creators who’s integrations exhibit creativity, authenticity and a strong understanding of the kind of messaging that will be most compelling and persuasive for their audience. Beyond the ad creative itself, we always check in with the brand to find out how the sponsorship performed in terms of both traffic and conversions.
Once we have identified creators that could be a good fit for our partner program, we conduct in-depth interviews between the creator and our talent team. These interviews help us understand the creator's style, content priorities and their overall goals for their channel. We make sure we are aligned on our values before exploring further whether these creators will be good partners for our program.
All creators that are on boarded into our program are required to maintain a high standard of responsiveness and reliability with each and every sponsorship that they run. Our team offers continuous communication and support to make sure that our creators remain top-tier partners. A central part of that involves setting clear expectations about response times, deal acceptance conditions and the quality of the sponsorship itself. Creators that do not adhere to these high standards will be removed from the Partner Program.
