Very much like when you write that killer email and save it for future use, you can do the same with your lists in the platform. The saving function allows you to come in daily, fire up your trusty lists and receive powerful insights that are relevant to your current workflow.
Once you have filtered and saved a list you have two ways to access it:
1) Within the Content, Brands, Thought Leaders and Trends reports you can search for a saved list when you click on the button as you see below positioned next to the save button at the top of the platform. Simply scroll and select or type in the name of your list and click on it.
2) In the Saved Searches report you have your own personal library of saved searches. You can jump back into the lists with the filters set exactly how you left them on your last save. These are the lists you’ll want to be returning to continually, to find new and interesting results as the content is continually updated.
You will see these buttons on the right hand side of the Saved Searches table:
Clicking on the button below will take you to the content of your saved search. If you want to learn how to make a great list in this Content report, please view Lesson 3.
Clicking on the button below will show you all the brands in your list. This is a great way to find new brands on your saved search or to continue from a lead list you created in the past.
Clicking on the button below will show you all the creators in your list. Similar to above you can see new creators covering a topic in your filters or you can continue on your lead list made in the past.
Clicking on the button below takes you to the Trend report. From this page you can see the top creators on your list with a full breakdown of the channels included in your search. Please see the next lesson for an in depth review.
Clicking on the button below will take you to the familiar Thought Leaders table where you can see key data about the creators included in your list. You can see how many times a creator mentioned keywords or a brand by hovering over the number under Mentions. Last Mentioned shows you when they mentioned the keyword or brand last. Impressions shows you the average impressions per video and finally gets a quote for the channel itself!
Using Saved Searches will significantly help with your time management in the platform and your day-to-day work to ensure you are getting up to date results while maximizing your resources!
