• End to end ownership of the Israeli entity including all monthly closing procedures and different analysis
• Responsible for tax compliance and reporting, tax accounting, and different tax related project matters
• Help devise new business strategies
• Deeply involved with company wide budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare detailed reports for banks and lenders
• Lead projects to improve our financial processes
• Manage payments with vendors and publishers
• Monitor budget VS actual and manage finances on a monthly basis

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Implementation and documentation of new accounting standards (US-GAAP)
• Manage the bookkeeper and payroll specialist

• Research and analyze complex accounting and financial issues
• Analyze new business opportunities, assist with many special projects
• Managing reports with debt, creditors and perform bank payments and transfers

• Experience in Public accounting
• Previous experience as an assistant controller or controller
• Previous Internship in a Top accounting firm
• Experience in managing a bookkeeper- an advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed and make an impact.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)

• Eager to learn, with a self-motivated personality

• Independent work capabilities with good interpersonal relations,, fast data learning ability, attention to details, and multi-tasking.
• Excellent level of English and Hebrew(written and verbal)
