We are looking for digital savvy, highly motivated AccountManager to join our agency team, strategizing and implementing budgets for someof the most exciting digital native brands. Our ideal candidate will be clientfocused, driven to excel with a track record of success. Account Manager grows client relationships in order to facilitate their continuing investment in sponsorships. They will become experts in Sponsorship strategy able to guide clients intelligently to meet their KPIs and cultivate relationships with content creators to broker the purchase of media on their behalf. Additionally AMs will be responsible for identifying possible new clients that the Agency team would like to take on as a client.

Responsibilities

⦁ Understand the clients’ advertising needs, and develop the ideal marketing solution
⦁ Demonstrating expertise in the ThoughtLeaders platform
⦁ Negotiating deals with content creators.
⦁ Supporting the growth of the Agency through pitching activity
⦁ Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving (and exceeding) your quarterly targets

    ⦁ Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
